Herbalife is a network marketing company, which forms a distributor network that is easy to enter and exit financially. The tagline of the company is: "Lose weight now, ask me how!" In 1986 the company went public.

Herbalife products are being distributed in 65 countries worldwide through a network consisting of independent distributors.
