Verified Buyer |Damaged Herbalife received

We ordered three containers of Herbalife. The package was delivered and left at our door.
On picking up the package we noticed the damaged bix and the white powder over our front door mat. On opening the box the top of one of the containers was completed shattered and the powder all over the bottom of the box. We tried several numbers for Herbalife but there was no ringing tone just beeps, which told us we couldnt go further with our calls. I actually went on line and spoke to Herbalife's AI expert who was quite helpful and at the end of our conversation we were told to inform our bank and cancel our payment.
We have heard nothing from Herbalife. We have gone through Paypal and they said they would contact Herbalife. We have also heard from Yodel who delivered the package and they have apologised for the damaged goods.
So now we are just waiting to hear something. What we would like of course prefer is to receive another Herbalife Banana Cream in its place in order to continue with our losing weight programme but have no idea what is happening at the moment.

Herbalife Associate conversion is very very difficult.
- - User wants to convert from India to Australia to order Herbalife.

I am Venkata. I have moved to Australia on work based.
I would like to convert my current region from India to Australia. So that, I can order the Herbalife from here. But Herbalife India team bouncing back with reasons and lagging my process of conversion. And they aren't providing the clear instructions as well.
I only know the FSSAI certificate (I spent money and created).
And spent another amount for Herbalife.
Now Herbalife India guys introduced a new FosCos portal. How to access this? Every time, Herbalife India bouncing back with new reason and never ending a perfect solution for this request. If they don't like to convert my membership to Associate, please directly and frankly say on my face.
I am ok and will drop my request and find other products. If they confuse the clients with this kind of cumbersome and confused responses, this may lead Herbalife may lose their business. I hope they understand my struggle for the past couple of months.
I restricted myself does not order any product here in Australia for myself and wife due to this conversion. I hope this will be a clear impact on Herbalife.
And losing the business with no reason on lagging this process again and again. I don't have much time to spend on this request.
Please try to understand my situation and make it ease this process with clear instructions, if possible, with detailed steps.
If this kind of process continuous, I am sure, Herbalife may lose more orders and reputation going forward. As there are many other products and are promising than Herbalife.

Dear Harbelife
Today, on date 10-12-2023, an seminar of Harbalife was conducted in RBS Degree college Agra,Uttar Pradesh India.
In which a person name Mr. Papendra Arya from the president team was talking about Lord Ram, which I did not understand that this company is a science product. Where there is no contribution of any imaginary God.
This company is also from USA where no one even knows Lord Ram.
I would like to indicate that if such people are in this company where they talk about caste, religion and such imaginary, then will be unable to achieve our goals even in the word of health.
I would like to urge that there should be a brief description of the proclamation of building science among the people and the work should be done to bring people from imagination towards literacy.
I can say with certainty that Herbalife will one day be at the forefront of science and art health facilities globally, in which I will also play a small part.
